Totally Unnecessarily Over engineered Dishwasher Tab Dispenser

Dispense your dishwasher tabs with power and purpose!

Only usable with tabs with water-soluble foil.

Print and use the loader!!!

The loader is slightly narrower than the main feeder, this is needed to fold in the uneven edges of the foil.

Always load your T.U.O.D.T.D with the loader!

Hardware needed

2x M3 Heat insert

1x M3x6 Screw, preferably countersunk

1x M3x20 Screw, preferably countersunk

1 or more rubber bands, i use 2x ø30mm

Post-Printing

Assemble main body

After printing and cleaning up your print, taking extra care of the mating surfaces of upper_body and lower_body.

Glue the marked surfaces of the upper\_body to the lower\_body.

Assemble the rest of the dispenser

Insert the heat-inserts into the upper_body and slider.

Tie the rubber band around the arm.

Use the m3x20 screw with a cap and spacer, to mount the arm to the slider.

Use the m3x6 screw and a cap to mount the arm to the upper_body.

Assemble the Loader

Add some glue to the outer edge of the loader and glue it into the adapter.

The loader tube does NOT sit flat with the bottom of the adapter, and stops about halfway in, this is correct.

The opening of the tube should be opposite of the cutout in the adapter.

Ensure that the opening of the tube is facing away from the cutout in the adapter.!

The loader tube is NOT flush with the bottom of the adapter, this is correct.
