Utensil Dispenser Caddy

A compact dispenser caddy for forks, spoons, knives, and more, with an eye on keeping dirty hands off the important bits. Designed for disposable utensils but should handle regular silverware as well.

Various configurations are possible, with no-frills fork and knife bays only, or include one or two “sidecar” holders (left/right) for knives and pens. Other utensil bay count options and heights are available on request… or use the included parametrized FreeCAD project to make your own changes.

Bay icons attach using a key-slot mount, allowing flexibility for unique event or product badging from the included blank icon base or your own novel design. Default Fork and Spoon icons with a neutral but modern style are included.

The included lid is blank, but can readily accept text or symbols for special events too!

Models

All models are provided in both STL & STEP in their own folders—use whichever you prefer. Main models include relative positioning for easier in-place combinations, same for related Icon components (base and symbol place together).

• Main: Use either pre-combined model or combine components yourself
• Icon: Provided as base and symbol components for multi-color printing

Printing

Main: Nothing fancy. These print fast and clean in 0.2mm layer height, with no issues for PLA and ABS. No supports and no brims needed. Print the lip top-side down of course.

Icon: Print icons at 0.16mm layer height for best fit & symbol resolution. No support or brims should be required. Just print symbol-side down. If not using multi-color, print only the embossed base models and fill embossing w/contrasting wax or paint for best results.
