Noctua Airflow Amplifier for Different Fan Sizes (with Gopro and tripod mount)

Scaled version of Noctua's NV-AA1-12 to fit 200, 180, 140, 120, 92, 80, 60, 50 and 40mm fans.

  • Added 180mm version (Silverstone AP181, mounting hole spacing 165mm).

  • Remodeled the outer surface so now it can be scaled to more different sizes without making the shell too thin or too thick. It shouldn't have (too much) effect on the airflow behavior.
    Additional sizes: 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, and 200mm(154mm hole spacing).
    (I don't have a 200mm fan but if you have one and tried it please let me know! :) )
  • Added two new versions with integrated mounting feature:
    1. Modular Gopro mount. The mounting part is derived from Modular Mounting System / GoPro Arms. It uses M5 fasteners.
    2. Tripod mount. Modeled in ¼"-20 UNC thread (6mm deep), which should be compatible with many tripod screws. It's plastic thread, don't over tighten it!

The NV-AA1-12 from Noctua is tweaked specifically for there NF-A12x25 fans. 
These are just scaled proportionally to fit different fan sizes.
None of the critical features are adjusted or tweaked.

No CFD simulation done! Different fan models with different sizes behave differently. 
These may make you fan perform better or worse. Use it at your own risk.

The 120mm version is slightly tweaked:

  1. Added bottom chamfers to compensate for elephant foot effect.
  2. Replaced a bottom facing fillet with a small chamfer to remove the overhanging perimeter.
