Filament Material Achievement Badges

You’ve put in a lot of effort to master a variety of 3D printing filament materials. Why not proudly display your achievement with these colorful badges?  From PLA to PC, the major materials are covered, and materials variants can be added as tabs above or below each badge. The holder has slots for 3 badges, and multiple holders can easily be connected using the bowtie inlays. I can add more materials and variants on request.

I printed my badge collection with a Bambu P1S w/AMS using the built-in Generic PETG profile with the following key settings and conditions. The badges are a very close fit in the pockets, so depending on your printing conditions etc. you will either get a light press fit or a loose fit. I secured my loose fitting badges with thin double-sided tape on the back. I recommend you print the holders and one badge to check the fit, and adjust the badge scale by 0.2% ~ 0.5% if needed to give you a light press fit.

• Honeycomb infill at 15%
• Organic supports for the bowtie inlay cutouts. No support for the holes.

The brackets are attached to the badge holders with 2.6 mm x 8 mm tapping screws.
