USB stick sliding shield for MK4

I was not too fond of the USB stick on MK4 sticking out from the LCD panel. The cover protects the USB stick from accidentally snapping, and the memory stick can be easily unmounted from MK4 by simply sliding the cover forward. 

I used the default input shaper setting and organic support to print.
