The design is a simple single transistor flashing circuit based on the circuit here: https://www.homemade-circuits.com/how-to-make-single-transistor-led/  

It needs to be printed in multi-material, switching to conductive PLA (from proto-pasta) after the baseplate is printed. It needs to be printed with a 0.2mm nozzle, or you will need to scale the model to properly print the through holes.

There are two variations, the first has a support mechanism that is used to clip the electroplating cathode onto. The second option has additional through holes that you need to place 2.54mm pitch header pins into prior to plating and use those as to connect to the negative of the PSU.
