STL dimensions are in mm.
For 22mm handlebar.
I provide also the blender file so feel free to modify the design for your needs.
You can adjust the throttle preload by choosing different spring hole on the handle part.
Print the stator part first to check if metal clam fits.
Use spring, magnets, metal clamp and sensor from broken part. Sensor is liner type hall type like S49E. Magnets are 4mm diameter cylindrical type. Be careful about magnet and sensor orientation. Try it out before gluing everything in place. Magnets need to be oriented in way they are repelling each other (NS SN). Than if the output signal should be around 1V in min position and around 4V in max position. If the signal is reverted, rotate sensor or both magnets 180 degrees. If signal is the same in min and max position rotate one magnet 180 degrees. You can also add some shims to stator to avoid sensor housing damage.
I was able to print the model using build plate support.
When mounting on bike, I clamped twist grip with stator on one side and I used end ring lake showed in pictures on the outer side. The handlebar itself is used as the grip bearing.
