Used this in a 3D printing project for an original character design “Callie Breya”
It didn't end up working out, but the hinges worked pretty well, so i figured i might as well not let the design go to waste.
Settings and material don't particularly matter, i used esun PLA+ gray filament for my joints, you can print it solid or with low infill and it should work about the same. However the TPU pin needs to be printed solid in order to function properly and it should have a shore hardness of 95a. re-scale the parts as you need, free to use for any of your projects personal or commercial. attribution appreciated. happy printing.
