Description

PDF

This is a remake/clone of a rabbett cutter for 5mm foam board.

This is based on some photos of a model that is no longer sold, photos included here.

It takes a 1-5/8" by 3/4" blade (38mm*19mm) steel blade equivalent to the Stanley SCRAPER BLADE 28-510

The holes in the blade tray are for optional 6*1.5mm magnets

The holes on the base are for M3 4.2mmOD heat set brass inserts

The screws I've used here are 8mm M3 screws from PC case with a 7mm diameter cap head

This is  working draft, I'll update with a detailed description and video of how it's used etc once any refinements have been made and it's been tested by others.

Please comment or message me with requested changes, versions, improvements etc.

In the photos I've printed this on a Prusa i3 with PETG at 15% gyroid infill and 0.15mm layer height on a rough textured sheet.  Print time was around 1h50m
