Amel Sharki Bunk Lid Bumper

This is used on an Amel Sharki (sailboat from the 80ies) under the bunk lids to help with aeration and for sound proofing. Originally made from rubber, after 40 years they need to be replaced. 

In principle these are small rubber parts like the ones used as rubber feet under appliances. The dimensions are 20 x 7 mm. The central bore is 4 mm. 

Please check the height of your existing bumpers. The height is not super critical, I had a mix of several different models with different heights (about 3 mm give or take) on board, but you might want to match the existing ones. You can scale the model height easily in your slicer. 

Print with TPU for a elasticity. I used 5 perimeters and 80% infill.
