No support needed. PrusaSlicer complains about unsupported bridging, unfortunately this is required for the hinge printed in this orientation. I used .2mm layers, 20% gyroid infill and 3 layer walls.
Loosening the hinge from the initial print can be accomplished with some gentle taps. The key is to break the material between each layer without damaging the hinge. I added some internal walls to help prevent this.
Use #8 flat head screws to attach to wall/ceiling. Use a #6-32 1 1/2in machine screw for the clasp, with #6 washer and nut.
