We have a Thor ACE 29.2 and the driver and passenger windows whistle when they are not closed completely. In working to solve that issue, I discovered that when the windows are supposedly locked, you could still force them open. It is because the tab that rotates into the aluminum slot was just a tad short and the window frame just flexes and allows the slide to open. The objective was to make that tab just a couple millimeters longer so that would not happen, and it worked.  Note: you do have to shave just a little bit off the bracket to allow the longer tab to turn fully under the bracket. But after that it works. Also Note: one of the included photos is of the original latch handle and it has a square standoff. That square is what holds the handle in either the locked or unlocked position, due to a rectangular plastic “spring”. Initially I didn't know that and designed the new one with a round standoff. One of my latches didn't have the plastic “spring” in it.
