Optical fiber splitter spool support (50:50) (UPDATED!)

This is an optical fiber splitter spool support for 50:50 splitters. It is based on the TN1550R5A2 splitter from Thorlabs and similar models. The pocket on the upper part is made to accommodate the sleeve. The elongated holes above and below the ‘50:50’ text are to fix the support on an optical table with M6 screws.  I have 50:50, 90:10, 99:1, and PBS splitters versions. Check them out!

I significantly improved the design. It is much harder for the fiber to disentangle itself from the spools.

As for the printing, I printed the support using plain PLA. There is no need for any support.
