Marson's Pick Scale Cutting Jig

A jig for cutting down 5" x 1.5" x 3/8" knife handle scales to 5" x 3/4" x 3/16" pick scales (minus saw width). Has tabs for clamping to bench.

Use the large section to cut scales into thirds. Use the small section to cut each resulting piece on-edge.

The jig is still just plastic, so be mindful of wander. You can end up cutting into the side of the guides if not careful. I may end up modifying the model to accept metal of some form as guide posts.
