Replacement Door Handle Mount for Kenmore Refrigerator

Update 3/14/20: Standard thickness parts are still going strong after four years of daily use!

Replacement piece for the plastic portion of the handle on Kenmore stainless steel refrigerator doors. For cross-reference purposes, the part number of the handle is W10409185. First-hand experience and a quick scouring of the web show that the original part is extremely fragile and prone to breaking.

There are three models uploaded. The first maintains the exact dimensions of the original handle mount. The second (beefed up) contains extra material on the part of the handle that interfaces with the mounting hardware in an effort to increase the strength of the piece. The third (extra beefy) contains even more extra material.

For reference, I printed the parts in ABS.

Supports may or may not be required depending on the orientation of the print. I found that I didn't need them if the large, flat surface was printed face down.

Post-Printing

Finished with XTC-3D and then sanded, primed and spray painted. Nearest readily available color match that I found was Rust-oleum p/n 249115 - Gloss Dark Gray.
