Prusa XL Dwarf Cover Door with Allen Key Guides

This change adds a pair of guide tubes to the cover so you can easily access the filament tension screws. This is especially useful if you frequently print TPU on the XL as tension adjustment is required. As you can see in the instruction video, making this adjustment is extremely awkward:

Note that Prusa themselves say that “On the Original Prusa XL, the dwarf-cover-door prevents access to adjusting the idler tension screws.”, which just seems broken. They recommend that you rotate or remove the cover to gain access to the screws.

The guides just touch the power cable for the extruder. But I liked this better that just some holes because you cant stab the extruder cable with the tool.
