TT SpaceMouse V2 - Lid with mounting for 4 MX Switch adapter

This will allow easy installation and hopefully a comfortable placement for buttons onto the DIY Spacemouse v2 from Teaching Tech.

With the brilliant collaboration and assistance from @Daniel_1284580 we managed to get 3 of the switches to work with the 3DConnexion software. 

Now you are able to assign numerous actions to those switches, using the 3DConnexion software's button assignment UI.

Currently I'm using it for the model Fit to screen, Measure tool selection and the 3D print dialog within Fusion 360.
