Solar Panel Mount ( Taper from 31mm to 26mm diameter )

Simple mount for my outdoor lighting solar panel. The mount taper off from 31mm to 26mm diameter to fit a variety or different applications. I originally made it for the Home Depot Hampton Bay 3 LED Spot Light kit to mount it on a fence to get maximum solar exposure.
