Short Canary Cardboard Knife Sheath

Sheath for shorter 33mm Canary cardboard knife blade.  I printed PETG 0.15 layer height with 0.4 nozzle with no supports.  I tried with supports but failed to remove the supports.  Without supports, the bridging sags a bit, making the knife fit tight.  If you have a better way to print, I'm all ears in the comments.
