Open PC Frame 2 case Rev 1

Revision of the Open PC frame II. Less filament and much cleaner. The blue parts in the frame pictures are the revised ones.

Mobo sits on 5.5 mm tall printed spacers (glue on after putting in the heat inserts). 

Printed in carbon fiber PETG, 15% infill, 4 perimeters, 5 bottom and 7 top layers. 

Do not use PLA as it will get soft at 60C. 

Best to stick with flexible tubing. Although the design uses the components for extra rigidity, it is more flexible then a metal case. Make the connection tube between the card and the processor block long enough so you can easily take out the card to work on the MB.

Made for Rog Maximus XII Extreme (ATX extended) but other MBs will fit of course.

EKWB EK-AF Classic G1/4" 90° and 45°Angled Fittings. 20 and 30mm extender fittings.
NOYITO 16mm Chassis Switch Metal Button Switch.

You need some assorted 6-32 screws to put the frame together, for power supply and reservoir. 

6-32, 1 3/4 in screws for the fans and radiators. 

M3 screws to put things together. 

Use cyanoacrylamide and kicker on the threads if M3 screws don't hold. M3 heat inserts and M3 screws for the Mobo.
