Notes :
Quite an easy print and easy on the eyes too, but that comes with some caveats :
there's nothing customizable (angle/wood/etc). So print it at your convenience, but keep that in mind and know your measures.
The small/big profiles are indeed a more bulky/solid approach with a nice gap between the wooden planks but there are not that optimized (but I've printed the big profile without any issue though, just to be sure)
1.5 cm height / 7 cm large / lenght < 60 cm ( ≈ 0.59 inches / ≈ 2.76 inches / length < ≈ 24)
I don't recommand lenght higher than 60 cm but this should work if you're considering some heavy/solid wood types (e.g : oak). Most wood types will work but chipboard wood is a NO GO. The screws on the profile front and back will screw that up... for sure.
Infill and resolution are not that important here. I used 15% and I'm pretty sure I could have tried 10% without any issue. Same for resolution : the fastest you can go is probably the way to go, so higher resolutions should be welcome. Let me know what worked for you in the comments.
I used 2 wooden planks with a lenght around 29cm in the photos and honestly... it's a bit short (but these were the nicest planks I had). This is still suitable for me since it was specifically designed for the mod dwarf pedal. You might consider at least 40 cm.
there are several ways to get any lenght you want. For example, by printing a third profile and assemble the wooden planks at the center (I did it for the fun of it) but I will let you think about it yourself about how to do that.
