18mm Fader Cap

My colleuge wanted a replacment Fader Cap for the 188mm stalk on their Allen & Heath ZED 14 audi mixer.

I found a close aproximation on thingivers [https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4557896] and then used tinkercad to modify the model.

we went through 4 different versions to get the size and fit right. The Prusa slicer measure tool with scale function realley helped.

Using tinkercad, I filled in the void space. Then I flattend off the bottom. I then measured the original fader cap and crated a negative space of the exisitng hole. I then aligned that hole with the solid model and combined them to create a new fader cap. Using the scale tool I have worked with my colleuge to get on that fits as then need onto an 18mm fader.
