you will need 2 MGN9 360mm rails for the x axis,  2 MGN9 480mm rails for the y axis and 6 MGN9C blocks:

m3 t-nuts:

Y-axis:

  1. first remove the y-axis endstop sensor.
  2. fix the t-nuts to the rails with m3x8mm screws, on the y axis mind the placement of the screws that hold the extrusion if it interfere, remove the t-nut from that hole.
  3. place the endstop sensor on the rail, attach it with a t-nut and m3 screw
  4. slide the 4 mgn9-c carriages on the rails and insert the rails to the bed extrusion don't tighten the screws yet.
  5. place the Y axis Bed Bracket on the blocks and fasten it with 16 m3x6 screws move it up and down the rails, check that the blocks can slide freely and tighten all the screws close to the blocks.
  6. insert 6 M5 hex nuts to the slots on the sides
  7. place the aluminium bed bracket on top and fasten it with 6 M5 screws
  8. you can attach the belt with zip ties or hold it with the Belt Retainer

 

 

X-axis:

  1. Same as the y-axis, fix the 360mm rails to the to the top and bottom of the x-axis extrusion with 6mm M3 screws and t-nuts.
  2. insert M5 nut to the bottom block.
  3. slide the mgn9-c carriages on the rails and fix the top and bottom blocks with 4 M3x6mm screws.
  4. Reuse the 7mm spacers, M5 nuts, 32mm M5 screws on top and a 10mm M5 screw on the bottom to fix the extruder bracket.
