Mammotion Luba reinforced side protection

UPDATE 2024_05_20: I have changed the model to a screw connection so that the wheel guard is not pushed out upwards on contact with obstacles.

UPDATE 2024_05_15: The frontwheel guard is still falling off. The mounting and attachment must be reconsidered. I think a screw connection will make sense. So still work in progress...

Mammotion Luba side skirts with front wheel protection - reinforced remix
I reinforced the side skirts and thickend the wheel protector because the original variant is destroyed in no time at all. 

My Luba 2 is running with the reinforced side skirts and they are still intact. I tested Prusament PC Blend as well as PLA+. Right now im running with PLA+ and its just fine.
I will have a look at the durability…

I attached the files for the right side. Just mirror it to get the left ones.

This Model is not working with the high Lubas (1000H, 2000H and so on)!

Print Settings:

0.3mm Layer Height
3 Perimeters
Infill 15% Grid
With Supports and Brim
