REMIX - Sanding Block Thread Fix

PDFThis is as true to the original model as possible. The only change that I made was to fill the hole in the lower section of the block body and re-thread. I did not add any extra meat and after reprinting the block, it works much better with both v1 and v2 screws.
I included the v2 screw because I personally like it better and it was the basis of the rethreading.
