  I just added the requested sub-frame for the screws and a "easy to modify" OpenSCAD file to reach a quick adaptaion of any Frame size you want.

  current STL File (perfect for Prusa Mendel Y Axis):

  Y Rod distance: 140 mm
  Frame length: 120 mm
  Frame height: 2 mm
  Nut surround thickness: 2 mm

  Print it, screw it on your print bottom plate and enjoy the easy sliding of your Y Axis :)
