This is a slight remix of the original Fully-openable Under Desk Drawer from PeterH. The only modifications are the Outside-L1 and Outside-R1 files: the stems of the catches have been shortened so that they are more difficult to raise out of the tracks.
The author remixed this model.
The original outer L & R arms of the drawer from PeterH have catches on relatively lengthy “stems” which allow easy removing of the desk drawer. The problem with this was that the catches were too easily “raised” out of their tracks. When the desk drawer was quickly opened, these catches too often raised up and allowed the drawer to hyper-extend. I simply shortened the length of the stems of the catches so that they were far less flexible to prevent the catches from skipping out of their tracks. This makes assembly a bit more difficult but once you assemble the rails, the drawers are much more stable. It is still possible to lift the catch to remove the drawer, but more pressure is required to do so.
