Topdon TC001 and TC002 thermal camera lens mount

• Allows for mounting a PVD lens with a diameter of 20mm
• Focal distance can be varied by a thread
• A ¼" camera mount allows for a tripod attachment

Lenses:

• You need special lenses that are transparent for infrared radiation 
• A focal length of 76.2 mm is known to work for macro imaging (see comparison image)
• You can get a lens here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005426131784.html , choose 20mm diameter and e.g. 76.2 mm focal length USA ZnSe or China PVD

Printing:

• Print all three parts
• 3 Perimeters
• I used ASA for long lasting “springy” elements, but PLA and PETG were reported to work well, too.
• Clearances are a thing here, so have your printer tuned in
• Freecad file is attached, you can relatively easy change dimensions.
• The middle tube snaps into the enclosure part.
• Snap the lens into the lens tube.
• Screw the lens tube into the middle tube.
