Solution

The current flanges can be connected with tie wraps but this printable solution is more reliable and easy to use. Because you can swap and secure your flanges more easily and way faster. 

Why would I secure the flanges?

When the flange comes loose your filament can fall off your spool resulting in a mess.

Important

This system works for both 200mm and 245mm flanges but for the 245mm (2KG+) you need to print out the extra spacer called “Flange in place holder -middle 1”
