I made these for my RC planes so I can put in my vehicle and not have them roll around while in transit to the flying field. There are 2 sizes that will accommodate most planes. Small one is for planes with up to 2.75" tires and the other is for up to 4" tires. It has a lip to keep in place and you can add felt, rubber or velcro to the bottom if needed to keep in place in the vehicle. I printed with .6mm nozzle and .3 layer height. 10% infill and 3 walls. You could get away with just about any settings since these aren't structural. I printed them upright, but you could lay them on the side with the lip if you don't want the layer steps to show where the wheel rests. Material doesn't matter. I used PLA. TPU might give more friction to stay in place.
