KeyRing of a combustion V45/V60/V90/V180-engine with turning crankshaft and moving pistons.
Release 2.0 d.d. 28-8-2025: improved clicking of crank cheek/crank case.




Printing
No supports.
I printed with PLA+, layer height 0.15 mm.

Assembly
No glue.
Use some oil or grease between moving parts for a smooth operation.
- Place the piston rods on the crankpin (upper piston rod upside down).
- Screw the pivoting knob on the crankpin.
- Place the pistons with the piston pins on the piston rods.
- Click the pistons in the cylinders, and at the same time click the crankshaft in the crankcase.

Operation
Put your finger on the pivoting knob to turn the crankshaft.
