Ford Focus Mk1 Hatchback Parcel Shelf Hanger Clip

Definitely not perfect, but it at least fit my broken part to start with. Will look to improve if it doesn't work for a while. 

This should work on any Mk1 Ford Focus Hatchback, at least the North American versions. B4V0A and POM are printed on the original. I can't find the actual part number though.

Potential improvements:

• The part that clips in (I call it the “wedge”) doesn't fully seat / partially hangs out. Ideally it could be turned in place a little and won't fall out at all, but still be removable. Alternative would be to emulate how the original clips in.
  • Increase the gap between the top of the clip and the bottom circle, since it can't be turned with the current design.
  • Increase the top width of the “wedge” so it fits in more securely, but too large and it won't fit (like the Thingiverse model I tried below)
• Sphere on top could be slightly larger, but not much, to clip in better.

Originally printed in Overture Sparkle Blue PETG with 0.2mm layer height. You definitely need supports, I printed with the “wedge” on the bottom and enabled tree supports. Didn't come out super pretty, there might be a better way.
