Case for ESP32 with external antenna

Slightly remixed case for a ESP32 with external antenna (works great with ESP32-WROOM-32U). I have messaged the original author and he's OK with posting new model.

Added ventilation holes on both sides and modified the lid, which is now a 3 mm taller. This gives the chip more air to cool (before the lid was directly on the chip) and the hole for USB is larger.
