Parametric Cards and Box holder

Description

This is a parametric card holder that includes a display area for the box the cards came in. Particularly useful if you sleeved some cards and now they won't fit inside the original box anymore. Also includes an optional lid.

Tip: If you don't want to keep the whole box you can set the depth of the box to 1-2mm and insert a cutout of the front of the box instead.

Usage

1. Open the file using OpenSCAD.
2. Measure the size of the cards and the box
3. Enter the values in the configuration section.
4. Render and export the STL.
5. Print.
6. (Optional) Repeat for the lid by enabling ‘print_lid’ in the configuration.

Print Settings

• Layer Height: 0.20mm
• Infill: 15%
• Add snug supports to the display area for the box.
  If done correctly, the supports can be easily pushed out.
