Fun project! A few challenges along the way that were overcome. Room for some improvements I might try. Some motor speeds seem a little high for my liking (especially the cab turning), I'll have to see if I can figure out how to adjust that in the code. It's a bit hard to precisely position the arm due to the excessive speed. But it works just as it should if you follow the directions.

On to the rest of your models! Looking forward to having a full construction site going! Keep them coming!
