e-scooter Tubeless Valve tube/helper.

I needed to replace a Tubeless Valve for a Navee S65 e-scooter, it turned out hard so I created this.

I tried to use “Quick Valve Change Tool by AME” but the included tube was to wide for these smaller valves and I created a new that works, I printed in PETG and used some grease I had for the printer.

The rod shown above screws on to the valve, you grease up the valve and jam it in the tube until it enters, then move tube up and carefully pull out the valve until it fits properly, then unscrew the rod.

 

This print assumes you have something like the rod in the photo, it should idealy screw on as the force and lube will force it all the way in and you need to pull out half way.
