This is Version 2, an update to https://www.printables.com/model/599547-index-card-box-din-a8-with-flexible-separators, which adds a snap-on lid to protect the cards while transporting them.
For easier closing the lid, the big separators have cut corners now.
Since my son started learning Latin recently, learning vocabulary with paper cards still seems a helpful aid, even in the digital age. DIN A8 seemed like proper size for this.
There are three sizes of separators available: 30mm is the full height of the box, 10mm is just on the ground to prevent sliding cards within a compartment and 20mm is in between.
It prints without supports, however using PrusaSliceer organic supports on top and bottom will merely increase print time but increase accuracy of the snapping mechanism.
I used the text embossing feature of Prusa Slicer for printing the text on the upper case.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
