Some teachers asked me for a single sided punch only tool - so here it is
For more creative projects having a cardboard saw is essential. Unfortunately the designs I have found so far do not really work properly. It is a pain to use them. So we made our own design of a cardboard saw with a proper saw teeth geometry. It is designed to work as a pull-saw (similar to a Japanese saws) which allows to keep the blade relatively thin but still very durable.
IMPORTANT: When printing the cardboard saw use settings with 0,2mm layerhight and 4 bottom and 5 top layers. This results in a robust blade with 100% material
IMHO the best cardboard screw design. Allows easy printing even in large numbers. Original design by @Wyliebutler_320535 But for usage with thinner material the original screw is sometimes too long. Then the shorter screw comes in handy. This a remix of the design by Qbi with proper dimensions to work perfect with the our hexagon hand tool. The intention is to have a slightly tight fit to allow a one-handed usage of the hand tool together with the short screw.
