LACK top camera mount

I originally had this camera mounted to the frame of my printer. However, when I moved my printer into my LACK enclosure the camera was in the way of the lid. A few minutes of design and printing: problem solved. I mounted at the top rear of the upper table as that allowed for a wider view as well.
