With this AiO Cover from FormD, you can install a full size 240mm (with up to 30mm thick fans) radiator in the top of your T1.
I have described the entire process as well as temperature results on my blog tinytechtweaks.com.
It's recommended to print this in PLA, as its overhang capabilities are great. I have it on my T1 for over a week now and the heat from my 4070 Super and 7800X3D is definitely not enough to cause any deformation. You might get different results with a 14900K and a 4090 at 450W, though.

Make sure to set support blockers to the model, where shown in the picture. Set Tree Supports to Auto and all the options as shown in the image. This will consume about 330g of material and take roughly 14 hours. Apply some adhesive. I used 3DLAC, but any adhesive should do. Cooling is your friend. Set the Aux-Fan to 100%, open the lid and the door.

You only need two small tree supports here for the back. The rest should work fine with the pre-supports. Just make sure you have a lot of cooling. Apply some adhesive. I used 3DLAC, but any adhesive should do. Set the Aux-Fan to 100% and leave the door and the lid open during printing. Best have the chamber temperature below 30°C all the time.
