A8 E3D Direct Nozzle

I Needed a nozzle that lined up with Pheneeny's E3D v6 Direct mount. Took primativebowyer68's nozzle mirrored parts of it and then lengthened the offset. also added 1.5 mm to the total hight.

need a knife to remove some of the supports.
