Indra Flat-Faced Plunger

Changelog: 8-24-21 2:10PM EST: Changed design to have the face part flat on both sides.

This is a plunger for the Indra that has a solid flat face. This both keeps the plunger stem seal from moving, and practically adds a better seal for the stem as well.

I also increased the o-ring slot's OD from 14.876ish to 15.15mm. This should provide a better seal.
