Thetford 50735 C250 C260 saddle ratchet

Replacement for Thetford camper WC.
I tested on my C250, should be also compatbile with C260.

The two upper walls are more thick than the original to ensure better strenght.

Print settings

Original part is made of POM, the better option is to use a material with a very good layer adhesion and self-lubricating properties. I used PA12-CF, other good options can be PA12-Kevlar, ABS-Kevlar and PETG-CF.

• Perimeters: 3
• Infill: 30-35%
• Supports: yes, with interface layer
• Important: limit fan speed at first layer above support (usually bridge fan speed) to ensure the adhesion of the small round perimeter
