#0154 Threaded Bottom Panel Hole Plug - Original Prusa Enclosure (OPE)

To complete my overall project of plugging up all obvious openings that are leaking heated air from the enclosure, this one covers up the 14x threaded holes on the bottom panel of the enclosure (if you are not using them for something). 

Features:

1. Simple one part design.
2. No supports needed.
3. Small and very fast to print - print some extras just in case!
4. Has a lead-in to help you align the part to the hole first. 
5. Push to snap in place - that's it! (To remove, just push the post from the other side.)

NOTE: This part is designed with crushable features - the 3 “bumps” you see in the model that engage with the threads in the hole.  These bumps are not meant to be reused for more than 2-3 times, after which the fitment gets a bit loose, so just reprint as needed.

NOTE: Due to it's small size, you need a well calibrated printer to get the extrusion multiplier correct.  For your printer, you may have to scale the X-Y size up or down a little bit to get it right. Print 3-4 pcs at first as a test for fitment, adjust the XY scale as needed, then print the rest.

My effort to plug up these “holes” started in July 2023.  I've had limited time to work on it, which prompted me to release each model as they become available, a few of which include different variants to meet your preference or needs.
