Nextorch E51 cyclocross bike clamp

The main holder is printed in PETG while the elastic clamp and handle bar protector insert are printed with elastic TPE.

Printing:

Mount: Requires some supports on bed, infill 40 %, 0.2mm layerheight, 4 vertical layers for additional strength, brim to support the small "legs".

Clamp & insert: 5 % infill for elasticity, 0.2mm layerheight, line infill with 90 degree lines.

Requires two zip ties for attaching to the handlebar. Printed with Reprapworld black PETG and eSun eLastic TPE. Designed in Fusion360.
