This revision is based on Juan Puchol's V4 design, where he already fixed the first major issue of the fan door, after I pointed it out to him on FB, which was the unnecessary slop in the hinge that was quickly resolved by reducing the diameter of the hinge holes to exactly 3mm.
The second major issue is the angular deviation. I was aware of it after I installed the new fan door, but it hasn't bothered me too much until recently when I tried out a new fan duct design by KyleTW.
I took a picture from underneath to check the position of the nozzle between the outlets and was kinda shocked when I saw how tilted the fan duct was actually sitting (it hasn't been that apparent with Juan's fan duct that I was using before tho).
I then checked the design files provided by Prusa and found out that, by design there's actually a gap of 0,15mm between the fan door in closed position and the x-carriage causing the tilt (the tilt doesn't really matter with the Prusa default fan duct but it will matter with fan duct designs that want to guide the airflow in a certain direction more precisely).
This revision should now finally fix all the problems with the stock fan door (and any remixes based on it), take away the guesswork of the nozzle position relative to the mounting surface of the fan duct and equalize this dimension for all MK4's.
So for anyone creating a new fan duct, there's no more need for a wider or offset version, as all should be equal then in combination with this modified fan door.
I made two version, one with +0,1mm and a second one with +0,15mm added in the necessary area, try which one works best for you.
Both versions are stamped with 10 / 15 respectively to easily tell them apart.
For me the +0,15mm version worked well with the standard PETG x-carriage that came with the MK4 kit, but for the re-printed version I did in Prusament PC Blend I'm using the +0,1mm version now (tbh both versions are very close to each other and you barely see a difference).
Also if anyone is interested in the fan duct I'm using in the pictures, (it works amazing) details can be found here:
