My kids broke the crank arm off my card shuffler which I like to use for deck builders (especially when you are trying to shuffle only 10 or 12 cards at a time). So I measured the pieces and used my poor CAD skills to make a new one. This is a little longer giving more leverage. I reused the handle piece from the old one. Just print it on its side with some supports.
It works but it could use some refining. When this one breaks I'll probably touch up the model and update here. I'd like to make the cylinder the handle clicks onto a bit longer and improve the latch mechanism in the gear block. I've included the FreeCAD file if you want a go at it.
