Yesterday I accidentally found the Spare Sheet Holder from MattCollins52. Good idea for me too.
Since I have little space in the horizontal (Ikea Lack Housing), my 3 steel sheets should be attached one below the other.
For this reason I copied the design and changed the following:
In order to implement several insets, the part must be printed upright instead of lying down. I straightened some lines to be able to print clean bridges and added a little support that is easy to remove.
My design was made with Fusion 360 (file included). This contains a parameter called 'Levels', with which you can set how many levels are to be calculated so that holders for 4, 6, 10, ... (how many could one have?) sheets are also possible.
Printed with some cheap PETG and layer height of 0.3 mm. The part will not be visible after mounting.
I just realized that I missed to upload the Fusion file which is mandatory for customizability. It's now online. I'm wondering why nobody complained ...
The author remixed this model.
