Parametric CadQuery design for reversible hinge

The hinge has two 'parts':

     - the link with cones

     - the 'cut' part to remove material to make space for the link and cones.

Completely new implementation inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1096475

The basic hinge part can be repeated to produce a multi-link hinge, as shown in the pictures.

Most of the hinge parameters can be changed to fit the need.

The hinge was designed to provide articulation to a St James Cross, used as a shadow stencil when dusting icing sugar onto Spanish Almond Tart (Tarte de Santiago).
