Furnace Board Game Organizer Trays

Trays to organize the board game Furnace and make setup easier. The trays all fit nicely in the wells of the original organizer.

How I Designed This

Using bags was making setup time longer, and required combining coins together; plus, they didn't quite fit into the wells. And simply dumping the resources into the wells makes them a hassle to get out. At the time, there were no existing Furnace organizers (though there are a few now), so I thought it'd be cool if I made one. I used Tinkercad because it's simple.

The coin tray was inspired by this 7 Wonders Duel coin tray: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4655718.

The first version of the trays were more boxy and my measurements were a little too big on some of the coins; plus, the walls in the wells are not actually straight - they slope down. So they also didn't quite fit. My second version (what I uploaded here) I fixed all the sizing and made it more curvy to give a better aesthetic, and fit better in the wells, which are also curved.

My buddy has the 3d printer, so it would unfortunately take a few weeks between each try; but it's finally done!
